Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clyde mobile application (the "App") provided by PaliAi, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Clyde, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Some product links in Clyde are affiliate links. If you purchase through one of
these links, PaliAi, LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Product price, availability, imagery, and merchant terms are supplied by the
merchant or affiliate network and may change.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Clyde. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

We authenticate you using a device-scoped token and, optionally, Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

"Your Content" means photos and any other material you upload to or create with Clyde.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Clyde may offer auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store. Current offerings include:

Clyde has a Free plan and a Premium plan. Fit Check and Discovery do not have a
plan usage limit. The Free plan includes access to the first five wardrobe
items saved to an account and three lifetime AI Looks. Premium unlocks the
account's saved wardrobe and includes up to 20 AI Looks per monthly allowance,
plus Premium styling controls. Unused monthly AI Looks do not roll over.

An AI Look is counted when generation work is accepted. A request that fails
before a result is completed is returned to the applicable allowance. Repeated
submissions of the same in-progress or completed request do not count twice.
Plan limits and included features may be displayed in the App before purchase.

Auto-renewable subscription disclosure (required by Apple) - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. - Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. - You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly issue refunds for App Store transactions. If Apple refunds a Premium subscription, Premium access may end when the refund is verified. Clyde does not delete the account's wardrobe metadata or completed content solely because Premium ends; features and media that require Premium may become unavailable until Premium is restored.

To prevent duplicate fulfillment and refund abuse, Clyde retains a one-way
hash and minimal lifecycle facts for StoreKit transactions even after account
deletion. The retained record cannot be used to recover the receipt or your
Clyde account identifier.

Price changes We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, cancel before the next renewal.

5. AI Outputs

Clyde uses AI to generate feedback, scores, and suggestions about your outfits. These outputs are advisory and for entertainment and personal-styling purposes only. They are not professional advice, may be inaccurate, and may reflect biases inherent in AI systems. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use Clyde to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except as permitted by law.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Use the App to build or train a competing AI product.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by PaliAi, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Clyde relies on services from Apple, RevenueCat, Anthropic, and our cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services through Clyde is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Clyde at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation would expose us to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PaliAi, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PaliAi, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You may also bring eligible claims in your local small-claims court if available.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PaliAi, LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
