This Privacy Policy explains how PaliAi, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Aside mobile application (the "App"). Qorq is our consumer product studio and Aside is one of its products.

1. Information We Process

a. Content you choose to save - Links, text, notes, photos, and screenshots. We process the content you submit to save it, make it searchable, organize it, and answer your questions about it. - Conversations and requests. We process the prompts, follow-up questions, and responses in your Aside conversations. - Organization data. We process titles, tags, collections, extracted text, summaries, dates, and other information created from or added to saved content. - Dictation. If you choose to dictate a note, your device's speech-recognition service processes your voice and provides transcribed text to Aside. Aside saves the text you submit, not a recording of your voice.

b. Identity and account information - Installation credential. Aside creates a random, private credential so you can use core features without creating an account. It is not an advertising identifier or hardware identifier. - Sign in with Apple. If you choose to create an account, our authentication provider processes your sign-in and we receive an account identifier and any name or email you choose to share. This lets you recover your library and use it on multiple devices.

c. Optional calendar information If you connect your calendar, the App reads calendar data on your device and uploads only normalized busy time ranges and timezone information needed to reason about availability. Event titles, attendees, locations, calendar names, and notes are not uploaded by this feature.

d. Purchases and service records - Purchase information. Apple processes subscription payments. Our subscription provider receives transaction and entitlement information so we can unlock Premium; we do not receive your full payment-card number. - Operational information. We process timestamps, feature events, request identifiers, error details, and basic device or app-version information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We do not use the IDFA, run third-party advertising trackers, or collect contacts, health information, or browsing history outside content you explicitly share with Aside.

2. How We Use Information

• Save, process, organize, search, export, and delete the content you submit.
• Generate readings and answers you request.
• Authenticate installations and optional accounts.
• Provide calendar-aware availability when you enable that feature.
• Manage free-tier usage and Premium entitlements.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, secure the service, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. AI Processing

Saved content and relevant conversation or calendar-availability context may be sent to our AI model provider to create the organization, reading, or answer you request. Our current model infrastructure uses OpenAI, L.L.C. through its business API services. Submitted data is processed to provide Aside's features and is not used to train OpenAI's general-purpose models under the applicable business terms.

AI processing can be inaccurate. Aside preserves the source you saved so you can check generated information against the original.

4. How We Share Information

We disclose information only as needed to operate Aside:

• Apple — for Sign in with Apple, device speech recognition when you use dictation, and App Store purchases.
• Clerk — for optional account authentication and account management.
• RevenueCat — for subscription status and entitlement management.
• OpenAI — for AI processing described above.
• Hosting, database, and private object-storage providers — to run the service and store saved content on our behalf.
• Authorities or other parties — if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

These providers process information under their own terms and our applicable service agreements.

5. Retention and Deletion

• Saved originals, derived information, and conversations remain available until you delete them or delete your Aside data.
• You can delete individual saves in the App.
• You can permanently delete the associated library from Settings → Delete all data. If you created an account, the control also initiates deletion of the account identity.
• Security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and backup records may remain for a limited period when reasonably necessary or legally required.

An anonymous library is tied to its private installation credential. If you delete the App before creating an account or otherwise lose that credential, the anonymous library may be unrecoverable.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can disconnect calendar access, decline optional account creation, remove saved items, and delete your data in the App.

California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Security and International Transfers

We use safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, scoped credentials, private storage, and owner-level authorization. No service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from the United States. If you use Aside elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Children

Aside is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page, and the date above will be updated.
